* Once you have your gateway, you can administer it yourself if you have Linux knowledge (or want to learn from the web, the info is readily available) or let us take care of it for a small fee, with nothing to worry about.

Services: We have service contracts or a "per job" basis for:

* System monitoring. Linuxbandwagon can enable our system monitoring system to keep an eye on vital heartbeats and system resources, such as diskspace.

* Backups. Key config files backed up weekly, via the internet, larger scale backups (if being used as a file server) available as additional cost/service.

* Upgrades. It is a fact of life that software has bugs. Linux has less bugs and security issues than comparable Microsoft software, but supported clients will get issued security patches. We configure the servers with firewalling and a minimum of services for your requirements for reduced risk. Linux vendors are prompt and honest about security alerts, not hiding them under the smokescreen of large, buggy "service packs".

* Additional support. Additional programming, scripting, system integration available on an hourly basis or by quote.

* There may be an excellent open source application we can provoide and install for you at a fraction of the cost of the Microsoft Equivalent, for example OpenOffice spreadsheet, word processor for Windows and Linux.
